Here’s How it Works…
After filling out the form and selecting “mail it in!” you will receive a prepaid, insured label via email that can be affixed to the package you’re sending your jewelry in
BEFORE shipping your package, we ask you take a photograph of the contents of the package. Send us an email at mailer@webuygoldphilly.com — in the body of the email we ask you to include (1) your name (2) best phone number to contact you (3) the image(s) of the package contents and (4) the total amount of items in the package (each earring/cufflink counts as one item, so one pair of earrings is two items)
When your package is received and opened that process will be recorded to guarantee all items are accounted for throughout the process.
Once we receive your insured package, we will contact you via phone within one business day of receipt of your package and review the contents with you. At this point, we will make you an offer to purchase individual items or the entire package.
You are under NO OBLIGATION to accept our offer
If you have decided to accept our offer you will receive your funds either electronically within 24 hours or if you prefer a check a check will be shipped to you (also within 24 hours).
If you have declined our offer the contents will be repackaged and shipped back to you for your receipt within 1-2 business days (signature required).
